Hi, I'm Alexandra,

This is OUR Story

 

I am a therapist AND, more importantly, a recovering Type A Try HARD who found fun & gratification in work & absolutely nothing else. 
 
THE pandemic’s slow-down narrowed my focus & forced me to acknowledge something my body intuitively knew for 10+ years— that my “try til I die” mentality was allowing me to be exploited (at work, in dating, in multiple relationships) AND that the beliefs I held about self, women & worth allowed that exploitation to happen. 
 
 I used my favorite CBT tools to  re-write beliefs & behavioral patterns and I helped my clients do the same to bring more balance & joy to work, life & dating.
 
I know sharing my process & the CBT tools in the TakeovHER dating courses and community will greatly enhance your life in general,
 
Because how you do ONE thing, is how you do EVERYTHING.
